VAGOTOMY (TRUNCAL) WITH PYLOROPLASTY

Indication: Complicated or refractory peptic ulcer disease requiring surgical acid reduction. Used for acute bleeding peptic ulcer or perforation when definitive acid reduction is required alongside ulcer management.

Patient Position: Supine.

Anaesthesia: General.

Incision: Upper midline laparotomy.
