CHOLECYSTECTOMY (LAPAROSCOPIC) WITH ON-TABLE CHOLANGIOGRAM

Indication: Symptomatic cholelithiasis with clinical suspicion of choledocholithiasis, abnormal liver function tests, dilated common bile duct on imaging, history of jaundice or pancreatitis, or for anatomical clarification.

Patient Position: Supine, reverse Trendelenburg, left lateral tilt.

Anaesthesia: General.

Ports: As per standard laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Image intensifier available.

Procedure:
1. Standard laparoscopic cholecystectomy commenced as per technique described.
