OPERATION: Perforated Duodenal Ulcer Repair — Omental Patch (Graham Patch)
ANAESTHETIC: General anaesthesia — rapid sequence induction
ANTIBIOTICS: Broad-spectrum IV antibiotics at induction including anaerobic cover
POSITION: Supine. Urinary catheter. Nasogastric tube.

INDICATION:
Perforated duodenal ulcer — pneumoperitoneum on imaging. [Duration of symptoms: hours]. IV fluid resuscitation commenced. Nasogastric decompression established. Septic state assessed and resuscitation initiated.

PROCEDURE:
WHO Checklist performed. Abdomen prepared and draped.
