ANAESTHETIC: General / spinal anaesthesia. Local infiltration with adrenaline-containing solution.
POSITION: Lithotomy

INDICATION:
Symptomatic grade III / IV haemorrhoids. Failed conservative and office-based management. [Combined haemorrhoidal disease at primary positions].
